Futbol Shorts ("the app", "we") is an internal tool used by the owner of the YouTube channel AIVIRAL to upload and schedule original football videos on that channel. This policy explains what data the app accesses and how it is handled.

1. Use of YouTube API Services

Futbol Shorts uses YouTube API Services. By using the app you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

2. Data we access

After the user signs in with Google and grants permission, the app accesses only:

Upload permission (youtube.upload): to upload videos created by us to the user's own channel and set their title, description, tags and scheduled publish time.
Read-only permission (youtube.readonly): to read the channel name and the public statistics (views, likes, comment count) of videos uploaded by the app.

The app does not access comments' content, subscribers' personal information, private messages, payment information or any data from other users.

3. How the data is used and stored

Data is used only to upload our videos and to show us how they perform.
The OAuth access token and the video statistics are stored only on the channel owner's own computer. We do not operate any server or database that stores YouTube data.
Statistics are refreshed from the API when requested; locally stored copies are deleted or refreshed at least every 30 days.

4. Sharing

We do not sell, share or transfer any data obtained through YouTube API Services to third parties.

5. Cookies and device information

The app does not place cookies or collect device identifiers. This website does not use cookies or analytics.

6. Revoking access

You can revoke the app's access to your Google account at any time from the Google security settings page. After revocation, the locally stored token stops working and can be deleted.
